1. Service Description
One Tap Rescue provides a platform connecting users who need roadside assistance with independent service providers. We do not directly provide roadside services.
2. Platform Role
One Tap Rescue acts as an intermediary. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of One Tap Rescue. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee service quality, timing, or availability.
3. Fees and Payments
Membership fees provide access to our dispatch network. Actual service fees (towing, repairs, etc.) are charged separately by the service provider. Prices vary by provider and service type.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate location and contact information
- Ensure vehicle is accessible for service
- Pay service providers for completed work
- Maintain civil communication with providers
5. Limitation of Liability
One Tap Rescue is not liable for any damages arising from service provider actions, delays, or service quality. Our liability is limited to refunding your membership fee.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel requests before a provider is en route at no charge. Cancellations after dispatch may incur fees as determined by the service provider.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
